NORFOLK, Neb., Dec. 29--(AP) --County Attorney Hadley Kelsey today said poison had been found in the viscera of Theron T. Spoor, 21 year old cigaret salesman, died here last Saturday under mysterious circumstances. A chemist, Â·who examined the viscera today jported to county authorities that had found sufficient poison to death. A coroner's jury, which heard the testimony of several witnesses, adjourned last Saturday pending receipt of the chemist's report. Spoor died in an ambulance being taken to a hospital from apartment where he was found suffering from a blow on the of his head. After a post mortem examination, Dr.- A. C. Barry said death was caused by the head wound, explaining that Spoor apparently apparently had received a severe by a blunt instrument. Spoor's mother, Mrs. Sidnie lives at Maryville, Mo.
