Aug. 21--UP)--Cities I or counties that acquire f h e six j South Texas federal labor supply camps will have to continue to operate them primarily for migrant farm workers. That was an opinion expressed here by State Labor Commissioner M. B. Morgan, who with Assistant Attorney General David Wunlsch, concluded a two-day tour of the camps yesterday. Morgan said the governor's committee he heads certainly "wants to help"' those seeking to acquire the camps. He said the city of Sinton is trying fo obtain the Sinton camp, Nueces county the Robstown camp, \\~illacy county the Raymondville camp, Cameion county the Harlingen center, (he city of Weslaco and other local agencies the Weslaco camp, and McAllen the Mc- Ailou camp.
