He married Fern Myers June 1, 1926, at Fruitland. Surviving him are two sons, Robert Trunnell of Notus and Wayne Trunnell of Burley; two daughters, Mrs. Verlan (Doris) Mace of Eagle and Mrs. Elvin (Dorothy) Rogalsky of Boise; and 11 grandchildren. He was preceded in death two brothers and four sisters.
