Notice is hereby given that on the 19th day of April, 1927, at 10:00 o'clock A. M. at the front door of. the court house at Sallisaw in Sequoyah Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, the undersigned, undersigned, sheriff of Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, will offer for .sale and sell for cash at Public auction to the highest and best bidder,' bidder,' without appraisement, all that certain real estate situate in Sequoyah Sequoyah county, in the State of Oklar- homa, to-wit: Southwest quarter of northwest quarter of Section Nine, Township Ten North, Range Twenty-five East of I. M. / subject to taxes and £ax sales. Said sale will be made pursuant to an order order of sale issued out of the office of the court clerk of Sequoyah county Oklahoma upon a judgment entered in the District court of Seqouyah County, County, Oklahoma, in an action. wherein Sarah Miles is plaintiff and G. R. Claborn and Pearl E. Claborn, husband husband and wife; J. C. King; E. C. Gilbert; D. X. Sanders; G. E. Gunter; Gunter; L. C. Moore; R. JF. Campbell; C. H. Burrow; W. D. Mayo, Trustee; Mansfield Lumber Company, a corporation; corporation; Howard Severance Company, Company, a corporation; C. F. Shackleford Shackleford and Sabra Shackleford, husband husband and wife; J. J. Wright and J. P. Rhodes are defendants? to satisfy the judgment and decree rendered in said, (ssuit on the 15th day of September, 1926, in favor of Sarah Miles as plaintiff, in the sum of $884.41, with interest thereon at the rate of ten per cent per annum from May 26th, 1925, $80.00 attorney's fee, and the costs in the sum of $ , and costs accruing and costs of sale and foreclosing a mortgage held by said plaintiff as a lien on said land as security for the payment of said indebtedness, indebtedness, and establishing the judgment of the cross petitioner, Howard Severance Company, as a lien on said land.
