Viotlma of Spanish Oppression. NEW YOBK, Dec. 9.—Three boys and ihree girls, brothers tynd sisters, named Veles, were passengers on the \V ard line steamship Orizaba, which arrived from iuba yesterday. Their father, who owned a 200 acre farm near Nuentas, Incurred the displeasure of the Spanish authorities who ordered him shot as a spy. Their mother* a Spaniard, died of a broken heart and the insurgents paid the passage of the orphans to Brooklyn, where an uncle o] the'orphans reside. He met them at the pier and took them home with him.
