Buys Part Of Station Mike Mistovich, former sport? director and station manager of Radio Station KORA, took over management of that station Thursday. He has purchased an interest in the station pending approval by the Federal Communications Commission. Mistovich has been in Austin for the past five years as sports director of Radio Station KVET, The preceding 10 years he lived in Bryan and was associated with KORA. During that time his activities included managing Bryan professional baseball teams. Boy Scout Arrowmoon district chairman, president of Bryan Youth Associations and working with organized youngsters baseball teams. He is currently active m the Methodist church and is a consecrated lay speaker. His family, which includes two boys, Timothy, 11, and Brian, 6, will move here in June at the end of the school year. "I will try to give the people of Bryan and College Station the type of programming that will be of interest to all, regardless of age,” Mistovich said in taking over his new position. “I am negotiating now for network service. I feel a radio station should be a leader in community affairs; we will definitely take a leading role in promoting Bryan, College Station and their organizations and institutions. We hope to have a great increase in sports cover age to include major league baseball.” Session
