JONAH HUGHES OF TUCKER RUN DIES; · FUNERAL SATURDAY .Mrs. Elizabeth Lowry Hughes, 78 years old, died at 12:20 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at her home at Tucker Run, five miles east ot of complications. Mrs. Hughes was torn November 29, 1S56, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Lowry, deceased. Sha had been a resident Dunbar and viclniv all ot her life. She was a member of the Church God and was a devout Christian for 46 years and was highly respected among her host of friends. Surviving ?re her husband, Jonah Hughea, ·he following children: Mrs. Christine Christine Walthers, Connellsville; Hamilton Hamilton Hnghts, Natrona, Wyo.; Madison Hughes, Mount Braddock; Mrs Mary Wilgust, Brookvale: Mrs. Viola Fuller. Dunbar; Sees«l Hughes, Dunbar, Dunbar, and Jonah, Jr., of Tucker There are two brothers, James I. Lowry and ' William H. Lowry of Percy. Forty-one grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren also survive. A brief service will be conducted at the late home at 1:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon followed by a full one at the Tucker Run Church of God at 2 o'clock. Rev. H. D. pastor of the Dunbar Baptist Church, will officiate Interment will be made In Hughes Cometery.
