Cynthia, Andrews, for Salem in 4 days i tiie brig Delaware, Dumphy, h id just arrived in the Elbe, and two American- schooners, supposed to have just arrived, lay at Cuxha-vcn. Capt. Rockwell, on his paisagc, received on board from the British armed lii atar, from the Cape of Good Hope fr England, the matter of a Spanish ves?l which the brig had ripturcd, bound to Porto Rico from Senegal, with (laves.
