Lena Balgeman dies
Mrs. Balgeman At West Bend Funeral services for Mrs. Herbert Balgeman, 71, West Bend, were held at 2 p. m. Monday at Peace Lutheran church. The Rev. W. C. Oster- meler officiated and burial was in West Bend cemetery. Mrs. Balgeman, allfelongWest Bend resident, died Friday at St. Ann hospital, Algona, where she had been a patient about two weeks. The former Lena Rabe, she attended the West Bend schools and married Herbert Balgeman in 1914. He survives as do three daughters, daughters, Mrs. Irvln Harms and Mrs. Delbert Bernlnghaus of West Bend and Mrs. D. J. Shey of Algona, also 11 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Othur • survivors are three brothers and four sisters, Henry Rabe of West Glacier, Mont., Charles and Otto Rabe of Pell- can Rapids, Minn., Mrs. Anna Strelt of Layton, Ala., Mrs., Dora Gronbach of Llvermore, Mrs. Harry Dressell and Mrs. Era Bleuer, both of West Bend.
