Leads Lacking In Lansing Murders LANSING (AP) — An official coroner’s report shows Laurie Murninghan, the 16-year-old daughter of a former Lansing mayor, was strangled to death within at least 24 hours of her kidnapping las*t July. The body of Marie Ann Jack- son, 18, of Lansing was discov-: ered in East Lansing Nov. 21. Miss Jackson also had been strangled, but police have said they do not believe there are any links between the murders of the two girls. Also under investigation ane the deaths of Stanley Casey, 15, found shot in the head in a ditch near Charlotte June 19 and John H. Harrington, 47, found dead in his car Aug. 5 near Lansdng.
