to it Embroidery Club Organized, A number of the ladies of Port Gibson met last Thursday afternoon at the home pf Mrs. Dr. Howard for the purpose of organizing an ''Embroidery ''Embroidery and Fancy Needle-work Club." The organization was completed completed with the exception of the election of officers, which will be at tended to at the second meeting of the club to be held this (Thursday) afternoon at the residence of F. H Nash. The following ladies were present at the first meeting and were enrolled as charter members: Mes- d antes BosaFuller, Maud Matheson, 0. H. Shaffer, Fannie Kneeland, Hubbard Ross, Bernice Howard; and Misses; Clara Ruber, Bettie Eiffert, Maggie French, Fannie Nash, Minnie Coleman, Cricket French and Bessie Howard.
