COURT HANDLES TRAFFIC CASES Meanwhile, Drinker List Shows Unusual Decline Eleven traffic cases came'before Judge Charles G. Cowley in city court today as against eight complaints of drunkenness. The eight formed one of the shortest weekend lists to be disposed of in court this year. Harry E. Davis, 39, of 3020 Brinker, forfeited - S15 on a speeding charge. Mary A. Anderson, 47, Clearfield forfeited S3, stop sign violation; as did Dean Wallwork, 18, of 129 Jefferson, and Edward J. Loesch. 26, of 1047 Twenty- eighth. M. J. Vail, 37, of 360 Eighteenth, forfeited S5, red light violation. Forrest Sim, 49, of Syracuse, Barbara Weeks, 21, of 2529 Eccles, Lester G. Donkin, 26, of 2030 Orchard Ave., and Mrs. E. Doe each paid $1, improper parking. Jack Hughes, 32, of 2907 Pingree, pleaded innocent to a charge of improper backing from a curb the case was continued until Wednesday morning. Carl Lindenber, 47, of Ciearfield, forfeited $25 bail on a charge indecent exposure.
