Harley Morehead Harley I. Morehead, 83, Route 1, Greenfield, died at 2:15 p.m. Sunday at his residence. Funeral arrangements are pending at the Anderson-Strueve Anderson-Strueve Anderson-Strueve Funeral Home, Greenfield. A native of Pike County, he was bom June 12, 1896, to William A. and Lillian A. Henry Morehead. He was a retired fanner and carpenter, an Army veteran of World War I, and a member of Robert Smart Post of the American Legion and the Disabled American Veterans. His wife, the former Bessie Jane Looney, died May 9, 1967. Surviving are four sons, Eugene, Grove City, and Donald, John and Lee, all of Greenfield; three daughters, Mrs. Ike (Josephine) Merriman, Route 1, Greenfield, Mrs. Don (Ruth Ann) Mathews, Kansas, Ohio, and Mrs. Hubert (Nina Sue) Lancaster, Greenfield; 13 grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. greatgrandchildren. He was predeceased by an Infant daughter, two brothers and two sisters. .
