Gardner are making their home in Del Rio, Texas, at 300 E. Third Street. The bride, the former Miss Karen Sue Stout, Is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lynn A. Stout of Wyanet, 111. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. T. M. Gardner of Galveston. The rite was solemnized July 10 In Arcadia Christian Church by the Rev. F. Millard. Nuptial music for the semi-formal ceremony was played by Charles Meek. The bride, escorted by her fath- delabra - er, entered in a ballerina-length I Included in the house party party were the flower girl, Terry Gardner, niece of the bride, and the ushers, Tom Switzer and Gary Stout, the bride's brother. The Mother of the bride wore a blue lace with matching hat and white accessories. The bridegroom's mother selected a brown sheer with beige accessories, j Both corsages were of pink rosebuds. | The Jack Tar hotel Pompano Room was the setting for the reception. The bride's table, skirted in bouffant organdy, was embellished with a cupid arrangement of marconi daisies and silver can- jown of white Rachael lace. The jodice was designed with short sleeves and scalloped neckline. The skirt of tiered lace ruffles had a back accent of a taffeta bow bustle at the waistline. THE BRIDAL VEIL was of im- sorted Illusion caught up to a Swedish crown of sequins and seed pearls. White orchids with · cascade of Stephanotis formed the bouquet. The bride's Jewelry was a strand of pearls, a gift of the bridegroom. Serving as matron of honor was he bride's sister, Mrs. John R. Gardner. She was attired In aqua cotton, the bodice of white had a scoop neckline and bell sleeves accented with Jeweled buttons. She wore a half hat of white lace and .carried a cascade of white summer daisies. John R. Gardner, brother of the bridegroom, was his best man. were Mrs. Darwin Campbell, Mrs. Robert Welsh and Miss Phyllis Blume. When leaving for the wedding trip, the bride was attired in a gray shantung suit with white accessories and lavender orchid corsage. Mrs. Gardner is a graduate of Wyanet High School. The bridegroom, who was graduated from Ball High School, Is with the U. Air Force at Del Elo.
