„„«,,, land avenue, died at 2:30 i p'clock ""*'" OTTIS IBBY. Ottis Irby, 65, 719 West Mark- Wednesday afternoon at the St. Joseph hospital, where he had been a patient since Monday. He had been ill of a complication of ailments ailments since the middle of last July. He was bor.n May 27) 1884, near Russiaville, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Irby and had been employed as a machinist at the Continental Steel Corporation for the past 20 years. He was a member of the South Side Christian church, the Masonic order and the Eagles lodge. Surviving arc the widow, the former Pearl Hughes of Kokomo, to whom he was married January J23, 1903; one daughter, Mrs. Leo Roswog and one son, George Irby, both of Kokomo; four grandchildren; grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Melvin Lawrence Lawrence of Pierpont, Ohio; six brothers, brothers, Irvin of Los Angeles, Carl of Cleveland, Loren of Warren, Ohio, Dale of Ashtabula, Edgar and Verlin, Verlin, both of Jefferson, Ohio, and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the South Side Christian church, with the Rev. M. A. Madsen, officiating. Burial Burial will follow in Crown Point ceme- tery. The body will be left at the Fenn funeral home where friends may call after 6 o'clock Thursday night
