MILLERSBURG--Mrs. Dollie L. Billow, 60, of 148 W. Moore St., died Friday at Polyclinic Hospital. She was a member of David's United Church of Christ. Surviving are her husband, Mynard C. Billow; two daughters; five sisters; four brothers, one of whom is Alvin R. Wiest, RD4 Mechanicsburg; and 3 granddaughters. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Riegle Funeral Home, 512 Market St., with her pastor, the Rev. Richard Solberg, officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Memorial Gardens.
