Mrs. Chilton Stevens The Rosary will be recited 8:30 p.m. today at Maxwell P. Dunne Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Chilton J. (Justina) Stevens, 8G. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Corpus Christi Cathedral with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Albert Schmitt, pastor, pastor, as celebrant. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Benedict, Richard, Carl and Bluntzer, George Peters and Dudley Timon. Honorary pall- jearers will be her nephews, Nick. Robert, Paul and Frank Bluntzer and Edward Gallagher. Mrs. Stevens was a lifelong resident of Nueces County. died yesterday in a local hospital hospital after a long illness. Mrs. Stevens' grandfather Peter Bluntzer, came to Texas today from Germany in 1841 and came a colonizer, settling satian families near Meyers-: ville in Victoria County. j Her father, Nicholas Bluntzer was a trail driver and a scout for Col. Mrs. Stevens' family has active in law enforcement, civil affairs here and ranching in area. She was one of the original sponsors of the Crippled Children's Hospital organization which built the Ada Wilson Hospital for Crippled Children.
