Distribution Ordered In Three Estates By Superior Court Among Tehama County Superior Superior Court action taken this week by assigned Judge Ben R. Ra- galn of Colusa County, is final distribution in the estates of three deceased county residents, residents, Clarence Ruff, Violet S. Talbott and Joon A. Cooley. Named as benefiting survivors survivors in the estate of Mr. Rutt, who died April 1, 1967, were his sons, John Ruff of Paskenta and Herman Ruff of Rio Dell, Calif., and four grandchildren, all children of Francis Ruff, who preceded his father in death. John Ruff was named heir to 400 acres of land in this while Herman received half interest interest in Glenn County property. Splitting inheritance of the other half Interest are the four children children of Francis, with each receiving receiving a one-eighth interest in the property. Stromsness and Hultgren of Corning handled legal proceedings proceedings in final distribution of the estate, as designated by Mr. Ruff and his late wife, Ella Belle Ruff.
