T u Alamance County Hospital following 10 weeks of illness. H e w a s a n a Alamance County, son of late Eddie Lee and Mammie S m i t h T i c k l employed for 27 years by Copland Fabrics He was a member of Altamahaw Baptist Church Survivors include his wife. Hazel Dunevant Tickle of home, daughter. Mrs. Norma T White of Greensboro; sons, George Samuel Tickle of College and David Michael Tickle of Burlington; sisters, Mrs. John T. Moize of Haw River, Mrs. Clinton Ward G r a h a m , Mrs. Beckom of Glastonbury, Conn ; brothers, Clarence E. Tickle of Burlington and L Tickle of EauGallie, Fla.; and five grandchildren. Final rites will be held p.m. Thursday at Altamahaw Baptist Church, with the Frank H a i t h , pastor, officiating, assisted by the Rainey Quails, pastor of G l e n c o e R o a Church. B u r i a l w i l l Alamance Memorial Park. The body will remain at Lowe Funeral Home until taken to the church to lie state 30 minuts before the service. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from to 9 o.m. to receive visitors.
