Accused Murderer Faces Trial Today LIBERTY. Tex.. April 13-TJP- James Monroe Johnston, 39, an oil field worker, was to go on trial Tuesday on a charge of murdering Mrs. MeUvita Sackett, 24, a wait ress. Mrs. Sackett's body was found last Oct. 17 in a pecan grove eight miles north of Liberty. Johnston, when arrested, said the woman tumbled from bis pickup pickup truck. The trial once was postponed because because of « missing witness.
