Cornelius Kaylor. Cold Spring Harbor, L. I., September 2 Word has been received here of the death at his home, in Naugatuck, Conn., of Cornelius Kaylor, for many years a resident of this place. Mr. Kaylor died yesterday morning, after a few months illness. He was born in Cold Spring Harbor, thirty-five thirty-five thirty-five jears ago. and was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James H. Kaylor. About ten years ago he married Miss Emily A. Velsor, daughter of Mrs. Joseph Joseph H. VelBor, and three children were born to them. Mr. Kaylor was prominent In the work of the Y. M. C. A., and at the time of his death he was in charge of the physical training of the Association Association at Naugatuck. Besides the widow and three young children, Mr. Kaylor is survived by his parents, who live here; a brother. Wilbur Kaylor of Oyster Bay, and a sister, Mrs. Amy Stevens of Ilion, N. Y.
