BEFORE THE COURTS 1 SENT TO ASYLUM. , The Court approved the report of M. L. Montgomery, Dr. Oswin Burkey and John Li Bower, named aB a ldnacy commission commission for Mrs. Kate. iL, Leberman, of Passinore, Washington township,' on the petition of John G. Glaes, her brother brother brother - in - law1. For the last 10 years Mrs. Leberman had keen cared for by Mr. and Mrs. Glaes. Mrs. Glaes and a sister sister were lost in the Boyertown disaster. The case is a very sad one, as Mrs. Leberman has no relatives who are able to take care of her, all being advanced advanced in year.Si She is SO years of age and is the wido.v of Rev. Lawrence D. Leberman, a Reformed clergyman, who died some years ago. For the last four years Mrs. Leber man has been - suffering from piental trobulcs. Mr. Ghies expressed great regret regret that the aced woman should be sent to an insane asylum, but stated that the tragic death of .his wife had broken up his home and that he was not in a position to care for her any longer. : Mrs. Leberman will be sent to tho Harrlsburg Asylum. .
