MRS. VIRGINIA CARSON McCOY, 84, Homer City RD 3, died Friday, Feb. 22, 1980, in the Indiana Hospital. A daughter of Milton J. and Sara Elizabeth (Beatty) Carson, she was born Oct. 27, 1896, in Burrell Burrell Township. • Mrs. McCoy had lived at her present address for the past 50 years. Surviving are her husband, Jay W. McCoy; two sons: Jay L. and Harold D., both of Indiana; six daughters: Mrs. Robert (Madeline) On-, Englewood, Fla.; Mrs. Marjorie Marjorie V. Love, Homer City; Mrs. Raymond (Mary) Weiss, Indiana; Mrs. William C. (Ruth) Cunningham, Cunningham, Homer City; Mrs. John H. (Bobbi) McCully, Brush Valley; Janet McCoy; Monroeville; 21 grandchildren; 20 .great-grandchildren;-and .great-grandchildren;-and a sister, MraJVIary Wilson, Avonmore. "™ She was preceded in death by a son, Herbert McCoy; a grandson, Gregory Lynn McCully Sr.; and three.brothers: John M. Car son, Ralph W. Carson, and Glenn E. Carson. Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. this evening and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at Robinson- Lytle's, Indiana, where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Raymond.D. Piper will officiate and interment will follow in the Garden of Christus, Greenwood Greenwood Cemetery.
