Frank Spinner, 73, Retired Painter Frank Spinner, who for many years conducted a painting and decorating business in West Flatbush, died yesterday. He was 73 and resided at 159 McDonald McDonald Ave. Born in Brooklyn, Mr. Spin ner In his early years was em- em- Vincent Crisalli, Ship Co. The funeral will be held Tuesday from the Higglns Fu neral Home, 1286 Prospect Ave. A solemn requiem mass will be: offered at 10 a.m. in the Im- Im- maculate Heart of Mary R. C. Church, Fort Hamilton Park way and E. 4th St. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery.
