THREE INSTITUTIONS REMEMBERED IN WILL Will Receive Income From Trust Funds In Estate Of Agnes M. Wentz, Late Of Hanover St. Matthew’s Lutheran church and the Hanover General hospital, as well as the Tressler Orphanage, Loysville, will benefit from the income of trust funds under a distribution of the estate of Agnes M. Wentz, late of Hanover, handed down at York today. Judge Harvey A. Gross approved distribution of the residuary estate totaling $44,158.24, directing that funds for three trusts of $14,719.41 each be paid to the Hanover Trust Company. The income from each of these funds is to go respectively to St. Matthew’s Lutheran church for general purposes, the Hanover General hospital and the Tressler Orphanage. A fourth trust fund, of $500, was set up to provide for the upkeep of lots in Mt. Olivet cemetery. The funds are to be known as the Samuel Wine, Miranda Myers Wine, Irene E. Wine, Jacob B. Wentz and Agnes M. Wentz Memorial Funds.
