Short, Attorney General, Plaintiff, vs. The Estate of George W. Brown," deceased, A. Pancoast, Administrator, and the unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees and persons claiming claiming an interest in said estate, if any there may be, Defendants. No. 2838. The State of Oklahoma to the unknown unknown heirs, devisees, legatees, assignees assignees of George W, Brown, deceased deceased and any person* claiming an interest interest in his estate, if any there may be: Take notice that you have been Fueii in the above named Court, and thar the petition filed in suid cause a leges that George W. Brown died intestate and without heirs, widow, or known kindred capable of inheriting said estate, and thut by reason thereof thereof said estate has escheated to the State of Oklahoma, and immediate possession of said estate is prayed for. You must answer the petition filed by plaintiff within thirty (30) days from February 12th, 1925, the date of the first publication of this notice, or said petition will be taken as true and judgment rendered declaring said estate to have escheated to the State of Oklahoma, .
