Deceased was born n Rochester, N. Y., August 31, He served in the Civil war and major in the 14th Illinois cavalry. was a thirty-second degree Mason, was past eminent commander of Knights Templar, a Shriner, member of the G. A. R. and the Loyal 3e is survived by his widow, who very ill at the home of her son, one son, W. D. Lord of Chehalis. After a short service at the home Wednesday the remains were shipped ;o Everett for funeral services and Durial, under the auspices of the Knights Templar, at 2: 30 .yesterday afternoon.
