SEATTLE "BLUECO AT BURGLAR" RING QUESTIONED The Seattle, Wash., police department was thrown into confusion when seven "cops" were arrested for burglaries. Two civilians also were nabbed in the "bluecoat burglar" ring. The group made confessions confessions and identified stolen loot during a session in Prosecutor Warren G. Magnuson's office. R. C.
