friends very Friday Sunday Mrs daughter, the They A deal was completed last week by which Herman and Harold Oltman and their sister, Mrs. C. L. Stemmons, sold the 166-acre farm eight miles southwest of town, known as the Wegner Wegner farm, to Frank Briggle for $100 an acre. As part of the consideration Mr. Briggle deeds 20 acres of irrigated land in Texas to Harold Oltman, the valuation of this land being $5,000. Possession is to be given August 16. Mr. Briggle lives on the Joplin road on what was formerly the Frank Wild place. This latest acquisition will make hirn one of the large landowners of the ord. neighborhood.—Sarcoxie Rec- day of vacation, L. also in as grantees
