On Tdfday laft, at a Court of Oyer and Terminer, James ' Guthriej - dnd Richard Weft, wereindiaed and tried for Burglary, when Guthrie was acquitted ; and Weft was alfo acquitted of the Burglary, but found guilty of the Larceny. A Bill of Indictment was found againft Lazarus Stewart, William Speedy, and the others mentioned in the Governor's Proclamation of the 9th of February laft, for the Murder of Mr. Nathan Ogden, at Wyoming. A Bill of Indictment was alf found againft George Wittman, George Spotts, and Andrew Engle, for robbing Dewalt Schrorrr on the King's Highway of which George Wittman, and Andrew Engle, were acquitted, and George Spotts found gwilty.
