Roswell (Rod) Snow Provoan, 82 Dies at Home Roswell (Rod) Snow, «2, 458 E. 200 N., Provo died*at his residence Thursday morning of a sudden illness. He was born June 11, 1878, in Provo,'a son of Rastus and Josephine Ferre Snow. He was married to May Alice Halladay on Nov. 29, 1899, -in Provo. She died Dec. 19, 1959. 'He was a lifetime resident of Provo and had attended Provo City Schools. He had been superintendent of Provo City , Water Works for 18 years. He hacl been in busines for himself as a plumber since 1927 until he retired in 1948. He was a member of the LDS Church. He was an ardent fisheiiman. Surviving are two sons and three daughters, Alton R., Springville; Earl, Salt Lake City; Mrs. W. L. (Lucille) Mann, Pasadena, Calif.; Mrs. Alvin (Delva) Johnson, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Horace K. (Reava) Newton, Provo; 17 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Lawrence (Jennie) Beasley, San Bernardino, Calif. Funeral will- be announced by Berg Mortuary. .
