Ellis, daughter of Mr. ana Mrs. Clayton C. Ellis, for her marriage to Howard J- Benoit Saturday morning, July 3, 195i at St. Mary's Church. The Rev. Fr. David Harris officiated at the double ring ceremony at 11 o'clock. Pink ' snapdragons made up the altar arrangements. Organist; was iiiss Sadie Kelly, who played the wedding inarches and accompanied Mary Lou Stephenson as she sang:. "Ave Maria" and "Mother, At Thy Feet We're Kneeling." ilr. and Urs. Gedeon Benoit are the bridegroom's parents. Over the strapless bodice of her gown, who was given in marriage by her father, the bride, wore a lace jacket with a Peter Pan collar, long sleeves (pointed at the wrists and satin covered buttons extending from neckline to waist. Her fingertip veil of aiusion net and Chantilly lace was caught to a tiara of seed pearls. Her flowers were pink roses and white carnations bowed with pink satin. Allie Fortin was Mr. Benoit's best man. Ushering were Eugene Castagnf ' and Raymond Osierhout. Mrs. Ellis was in navy blue crepp with pink accessories. Mrs. Benoii wore green lace with white accessories.
