Girls' Class Sponsors Watchmen At 8 p.m. Saturday. May the eighth grade girls' Sunday school class of Graystone United Presbyterian Church will sponsor an open-to-the- public concert by the Watchmen from Clymer. The Watchmen began their career in gospel music in 1967 at a local hymn sing. Since t h a t t i m e t h e evolved into one of the top performing gospel groups in the North. Each year the group travels thousands of miles performing on the concert stage, for high school assemblies, at civic functions, local and county festivals and churches The group is comprised of six individuals including John A b r a h a m , lead singer manager of the group; Loren Greene, baritone and sound technician. Minnie Abraham, pianist and mother of three members of the group; Dave Crowe, steel and lead guitarist. Ken Abraham, drummer and evangelist and Howard (Tink) Abraham, tenor, base guitarist, pianist and arranger.
