B6rn Jan. 2(5, 1913, in Maries County, he was the son of James W. and Ella Green Clark, The parents survive. He married Miss Gertrude Brown Sept. 20, 1934. She also survives. Other survivors Include four clauHhters, Mrs. Stella Willis, of Jefferson City; Mrs, Junnita Shockley o.f Kansas City, and Ella and Sheila Clark of the home; three sona, Paul Allen, William Clifford Jr. and David D. all of Jefferson City; two .sisters, Mrs, Alice Lairmore of Jefferson City and Mr.s. 'Edith Yelhnh, of Kansas City; two brothers, V. E. Clark of Jefferson City nnd Jnmcs F.
