RAY NELSON (Kleah Rowley) Rowley-Nelson Reception Follows Orem Ceremony •OREM—A spray of salmon pink glads and baskets, of ferns formed the background for tiie wedding reception of Mr. and Mrs. Ray W. ttelson Saturday, Aug. 31, at the Orem Fourth-Biftih LDS Ward HaS. Ike bride is the former Kleafa Bowley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl G. Rowley of Orem, and tiie groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Victor Nelson of Linden. The wedding took place just preceding the reception wi* the vows read by Bishop Pihil Shumway. • The bride chose a gown of lace •with a bouffant skirt of alternating tiers of scalloped lace and tulle. The fitted bodice of lace over satin had a scalloped neckline and. short, scalloped sleeves. Her fingertip veil of illusion was edged with lace and was attached to a coronet of seed pearls. The gown was designed by Mrs. M. J. Campbell of Provo. The bride carried a bouquet of split •white carnations and elfin red roses. Attendants to the bride were Mrs. Cari M. Rowley of Salt Lake City* -Reva Benson, Orem; La- Bee Heiner, Bedford, Ida. and Anne Anderson, Provo. They •wore pink and white striped efa.aim.bray and carried bouquets of pink carnations. Max Nelson, brother of the gcoofn, was best man. Mrs, Rowley chose a blue lace sheath and Mrs. Nelson wore a fadHe sfaeath in deep blue. They wore corsages of white carnations and red roses. Organ music was played by Lorin Jex throughout -the evening. Musical selections were sung by Mrs. Harold Anderson and Mrs. Duane Jensen accompanied by Mrs. Shumway, and by Mrs. Lee Kirk and Moroni Jensen. The tiny serving tables were centered with crystal bowls of pink floating glads. Guests were served by Linda Horlacher, Roylene Taylor, Dixie Brewer,. Patty Rowley, Helen Rowley and Linda Jensen. Serving hostesses were Mrs. James G. Jensen and Mrs. Max Pyne. The lovely wedding cake had a doverleaf bottom tier and three tiers above topped by wedding bells tied with white ribbons and pink flowers. Mrs. Boyd Walker, sister of the groom, was at the guest book. Greeting guests at the door were Carl M. Rowley and Boyd Walker. In the gift room were Ronald Nelson, LeArta Anderson, Mrs. Joseph H. Rowley, Mrs. Wayne Bellows and Mrs. Max Nelson. GSt bearers were Gene Rowley, Neil Rowley, Karen Jones, Jolene Rowley and Lee Bellows.
