Gladys Arndt dog violation
Dog Got Loose, Girl Arrested, Seeks Probation Gladys E. Arndt yesterday appeared appeared before Police Judge Donald Younger on a charge of violating a city ordinance requiring dogs to be kept in control. The charge, preferred preferred by City Poundmaster Herman Weasa, was originally lodged against Miss Arndt's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Arndt, but it developed that the dog was the property of the daughter. Miss Arndt applied for probation. Her application will be heard November November 23.
