Freed of the conspiracy charges were Richard Cree, 1932 Wallace, deputy constable; Harry Long, 1327 North Seventh, Republican watcher; Carl DeWalt, 611 Delaware, Delaware, Democratic inspector, and Herman A. Lindsey, 640 Maclay, minority clerk. DeWalt and Lindsey were ordered ordered to pay their proportionate share of the costs with Byers, Sheetz and Hamaker. Byers was fined $25, Sheetz and Hamaker each $50. Judge Troutman announced his verdicts individually, naming each V (Continued on Page 19, Col. 1)
