Judge James I. Brownson, in an opinion handed down yesterday refuses refuses an injunction in the suit brought by H. S. Miller and Walter S. Coatsworth of Donora, partners, as Miller & Coatsworth, against J. Elmer Johnson et al., county commissioners commissioners of Washington county, and others. The plaintiffs sought to restrain the authorities of Washington Washington and Westmoreland counties from closing for a short time the Donora-Webster Donora-Webster Donora-Webster bridge, on which the Faris Engineering Co. is now laying a new floor.
