Robert L. Eavcy Robert Leroy Eavey, 52, ol 2245 N. Broad St., Philadelphia, Pa., dies at Temple University Hospital Saturday after an illness of three days. He was born and reared in Hagerstown, a son of Clinton Lila Shaffer Eayey, and had worked as a receiving clerk a church home in Philadelphia for 10 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Hag- erslown. Mr. Eavey was a veteran of World War II, having served overseas. Besides his wife, Mary, he leaves a daughter. Mrs. Linda J. Robinson of Thurmont: sons, Thomas Michael Eavey, with the U.S. Air Force in Colorado, William Eavey of Baltimore- sisters. Mrs. Lorraine E. Warner, Warner, Mrs. Mary J. Wimer and Mrs. Jane 0. Caudell, all of Hagerstown; Mrs. Naomi G. Porter, Springfield. Mo., and Mrs. Juanita V. Berger of Hagerstown; Hagerstown; half-brother, Vernpn Eavey of Hagerstown; half-sisters, half-sisters, Mrs. Mary Main, Miss Rhea Eavey and Miss Esther Eavey. all of Hagerstown. The bor'v was removed to Rouzer Funeral Home where F"r"ices will 'Â·" held ?t 2 p.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Wilbur Wilbur S. Hogevoll and the Rev. Robert L. Regenold officiating. Burial will be in the Grace E' T R Church Cemetery in vi"e. The family Will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
