Anton Cochran obit husband of Josephine Maston
Mon Cochran Sr. PEKIN (PNS) Anton A. Cochran Sr., 75, of 414 Derby, died at 5:15 p.m. Monday at his home. He had been HI several years. IDs funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the Kuecks-Woolscy Kuecks-Woolscy Kuecks-Woolscy Funeral Home, with the Rev, L. R. Luttig officiating. Burial will be in Glendale Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. He was born June 8, 1899, at Washburn, a son of David and Lydia Shafer Cochran, lie married Josephine Maston April 12. 1937, at Palmyra, Mo. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Anton Jr., St. Charles, Mo.; David, Pekin; four daughters, Miss Sharon Cochran, Cape Girardeau, Mo.; Mrs. Arlene Martin. Minneapolis, Minn.; Mrs. Eleanor Funk, Marquette Heights; Mrs. Mary Wagon-maker, Wagon-maker, Wagon-maker, Pekin; two stepsons, James Kelly, Kelly, Peoria; Fred Kelly, Chillicothe; three stepdaughters, Mrs. Jean Wisebruck, Peoria; Mrs. Pat St. Clair, Chillicothe; Mrs. Betty Spangler, Bloomington; a brother, David Cochran, Washburn; 25 grandchildren and 10 great-grand-children. great-grand-children. great-grand-children. great-grand-children. great-grand-children. great-grand-children. A son, a stepson, a brother, a sister and a grandson preceded him in death. He was a member of the Free Methodist Church of Washburn and the Senior Club. 25-year 25-year 25-year Club and the Goodfellow Club of Keystone Consolidate Industries. He had worked at the firm 42 years. He retired in 1964.
