in 4, as a a 6 Four Theft Suspects Arrested CARROLLTON — Two 'men and two women from St. Louis are being held by Greene County authorities after they allegedly stole money froni at least two small grocery stores In Greene and Jersey Counties Friday. Charged with theft in Greene County are Barry Powell, 18 and his wife, Mary, 18, of 5890 Delmar, Delmar, St. Louis, and Clarance Mitchell, 19, and his sister, Charry, Charry, 25 of 5091 Gates, St. Louis.
