Va., Spiker was a son of the late J. Spiker and Rebecca McKenny Spiker, Ifho survives him along with his -widow, Mrs. Alice May Mont Spiker; three brothers, Jacob M. Spiker, Baltimore; Jesse T. Spiker. Akron, Ohio; Howard M. Spiker, Cumberland, and one sister. Mrs. Carlton Hanks, this cit "A. veteran or World War 1, Spiker served with the A. E. F. Italy. He was active in promoting the affairs of Cumberland'Post, 13, American Legion, serving as commander in *1939. He belonged to the Legion's Forty and Eight society! . . . j Mr. .Spiker was a member of Cumberland Lodge No. 63, B. P. Elks, Fort Cumberland. Lodge 211. A.F. and -A. Masons, Cumberland Cumberland Chapter No. 56, Order of Eastern StarBand the First Presbyterian Presbyterian Church.
