of THEFTS ADMITTED BY ROTT Sentence Is Deferred When He Pleads Guilty. Bohumil Rott, 22, pleaded guilty Thursday before District Judge Chappell to the theft of typewriter from Stewart Wright on May 8. On account of Rott's parents, who live in St. Paul, not having been officially informed of Ms plea, Judge Chappell deferred sentence until May 24. Deputy County Attorney Young will notify the parents. Rott admitted that he took the machine and had taken some others and had stolen a number of other things from the Temple building. Most of the loot was found in his room. He also admitted that he had in December, 1935, forged a check for 545 to get a suit of clothes to wear military ball at the university. said he had attended the university for a semester or so.
