Makes 2 servings. 1 onion, peeled and sliced 1 green pepper, cut fine Vi cup sliced celery Vi bay leaf 2 tablespoons margarine 1 tablespoon flour 3 cyps chopped canned tomatoes SOI I teaspoon salt ¥2 teaspoon sugar Vi teaspoon cayenne 3 /4 teaspoon monosodium glutamate ]Vi pounds cleaned cooked shrimp .„„„»„.*. Saffron Rice Ring** Saute" onion, green pepper, celery, and bay leaf in margarine 8 minutes. Add flour and stir and mix smoothly 2 or 3 minutes. Add tomatoes, salt, sugar, cayenne and m 0008 ^; dium glutamate. Mix, and let simmer 15 minutes. Add cooked shrimp. Let simmer only until shrimp are hot. Do not boil. Immediately spoon Creole into center of Saftron Rice Ring." Makes 4 to 6 servings.
