Place crushed sweetened strawberries or raspberries in-between, then lace with whipped cream. Mold mandarin oranges, drained, with orange-grapefruit gelatin in tall glasses with a light low calorie special. Make a layer in a cake pan of lemon snow, let chill until firm, then top with canned or poached pears sprinkled with chocolate shot. Use a biscuit mix to make a streusel topping for sliced peaches and bake the whole thing for a delicious pudding. Refrigerated biscuits make a delightful topping for sweetened cherries.
