TO ALL PERSONSINTERESTED IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED ESTATE: You are hereby 'notified that on the 6th day of July, 1965, the last will and testament of the above named decedent, bearing date the 18th day of April, 1963, was admitted to probate in the above named court and that the undersigned was appointed executor of said estate. Notice is given that all persons Indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned, and creditors having claims against said estate shall file them with the clerk of the above named district court, as provided by law, duly authenticated, for allowance; and unless so filed within six months from the second publication of this notice (unless otherwise allowed or paid) such claim shall thereafter be forever barred. Absent: none Motion by McDonald & seconded by Newbrough that State Institutional Lien on W 2/3 Lot 2 Blk 116 in name of Perry Thompson be released not included in previous motion. Ayes: all Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Plathe and seconded by Rode that refund in amount of $2.85 be allowedEdwardJ. Besch for roads erroneously assessed. Ayes: all Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Newbrough and seconded by Rode that taxes on Emmi Manus (S. 50' Lot 1 & N 1/3 Lot 2 Blk. 1, Nicholson's 2nd Add. to Burt) be suspended. Ayes: all Nays: none. Motion carried. Motion by Rode and seconded by McDonald that Bert Patterson be allowed $25.56 refund on Erroneous assessment of Roads in Harrison Twp. for the years 1960-61-62-63. Ayes: all Nays; none. Motion carried. Petition for road improvement by property owners in Seneca Twp. be read and filed. Motion by Plathe and seconded by Rode that report of Soldier Relief Comm. be app- roved for let Quarter 1965. Ayes: all Nays: none Motldn carried. Motion by McDonald and seconded by Newbrough that effective June 1, 1965, Kossuth County will no longer be responsible for back bills for hospital, rent, utilities, and medical. Ayes: all Nays: none.
