An emergency truck of the Cincinnati Street Railway Company, making a run to the scene of an accident involving a streccar at Court Street and Central Avenue, collided with a truck at Fourth and Plum Streets early last night. The emergency truck was operated by Robert Rinear. 4266 Liston Avenue.

It collided with a truck operated by Peter Visnare, 541 Findlay Street, which overturned. Firemen were summoned to flush gasoline from the street which spilled from the overturned truck's gasoline tank. Safety Patrolmen Robert Master-son and Raymond Eilerman cited both drivers for violating a traffic light. In the earlier accident a John Street car operated by Claude Daglcy, 4009 Washington Street, Cheviot, struck the automobile of John Price. 5151 Lombardi Street, Elmwood Place.

Police said Price stopped his machine in the path of the streetcar when he saw he could not pass an automobile parked at the curb. Police received no report of injury to anyone in either accident. Weed Markets Closed In Emergency Action To Halt Price Break Raleigh, N. Western Program Approved. Chicr-o, Foptembor 9-AP)- I 1 TTI TT 1 Judge Chailes E. Woodward au thorized the Chicago Great Western line to proceed with its program.

Judre John P. Barnes recently approved the plan of the Chicago and Eastern Illinois Railway. In both instances the plans were returned to the Interstate Commerce Commission for ratification by the security holders. If the security holders approve the programs, the companies will be released from Federal Court jurisdiction. Under the Chicago Great Western plan, holders of $45,209,400 in common stocks would not share in the reorganization.

Sixty-five per cent of the reorganization assets would be devoted to first mortgage bondholders. WOOL Boston.
