Princess Camelia, always close to tne pace, wore down Desert Sun after reaching the stretcu ana had enough leu 10 Hold Indian Runner. The latter could not keep up in the early stages, but was gaining rapidly on the winner at the end. Frederick raced well up throughout and out gamed Dtsert Sun. The latter dashed to the front in the first' quarter and opened up a good lead, but quit in the last eighth. Scratched: 82191 Marcasite.

Dustaway improved her position and finished well. Maura Mc. showed early speed, but bore out entering the stretch. Ming Sun raced well. Pleasantville propped at the break.

The latter, kept well up, closed fast. Votun began slowly, lost ground and weakened slightly in the final stages. Bob Custer had no mishap and failed to respond, to strong urging. Wise Talk, away fast, almost fell when Impeded in the opening quarter and closed well. Susu had early speed, but stopped badly.

Doreen Princess ran away three and one-half furlongs on way to the post and had early speed. Sweepstral was practically left. When Dr. Euwe's sealed move was disclosed, it was agreed to end play and call the game a tie. The record of the match: Capablanca, Dr. Euwe, drawn, 3. The fifth game will be played Monday Rotterdam.

Lady Batts, racing Improved, yet given a badly judged ride, raced into an unnecessarily long lead during the first threc-eighttis. but maintained fine speed to the final sixteenth, then faltered and was under strong urging at tlie end. Knee High, away slowly, had somo bad luck, but closed fast and outfinished Shaker Lady. The latter moved up strongly entering the stretch, but weakened in the final stages.

Prince Volta began fast and raced forwardly throughout, stopping badly in the closing eighth. Betterfly began slowly. Out Grief raced wide. Ima Highone, fractious at the post, but away well, weakened badly after showing speed for a half mile -ind was eased. Scratched: 82284 Annette 82222 Beaver.

Thompson. Blind Bowboy outran hts field to the first turn, was rated along under steady restraint and responded when put to a drive and held on gamely. Sun Mission was eased back under steady restraint, worked his way up on the outside and finished fastest of all. Stormy Dawn, kept close up all the way, made a determined bid when called upon and held on well. Sandy Ford faltered in the stretch run.

Quarter Deck had no mishaps. Polygamous was in close quarters rounding the first turn and was eased back; he was steered through on the inside entering the stretch and hung badly.
