Price Change, More Hobbies, Local Track Two important changes at Kossuth Speedway (the fairgrounds), which should be of interest to all stock car fans in the area, were announced this week by Lamont Wellendorf, operator of the track. Two hobby stock events will be added to the weekly program each Friday evening. Since this season started, only one hobby race, the feature, has been run at the end of the evening. From now on, there will also be a couple of heat races as in past seasons. Adult tickets were also dropped in price, from $1.50 to $1.25 and children, 6-12 years of age, admitted free since the start of the season, will nowpay 25 cents. The program begins each Friday with time trials at 8:30 p. m. Minor Mishap Richard W. Lozano, 19, Fairmont, escaped injury Monday when the truck he was driving went into a ditch along a county gravel road, four" miles south and three miles west of Swea City at 7 a.m. Sheriff Ralph Lindhorst investigated the mishap and estimated damage to the truck at $100.
