Sauve was a highly respected automotive consultant who loved his work, but always put his family and other people first. Stanley Zurdosky Chrysler, Federal Mogul supervisor Stanley "Steve" Zurdosky of St Clair Shores, died Friday, Nov. 9, 1994, of liver cancer in Midwestern Regional Medical Center in Zion, 111. He was 71. Mr.

Zurdosky was a retired production worker, toolroom foreman and maintenance supervisor for Chrysler Corp. and Federal Mogul Corp. Family members said he enjoyed walking the woods and hills of the coal country near Scranton, his hometown. Gram, a retired Oakland Community College business professor, died of a stroke Wednesday, Dec. 7, 1994, in Providence Hospital, Southfield. He was 82. Mr. Gram was bom in Sheboygan, and had lived in Farming-ton Hills for 21 years.

He was awarded two Bronze Stars and the Purple Heart while serving as a combat engineer in the Army in Europe during World War II. Mr. Gram graduated from Lawrence University in Appleton, and earned a master's degree from New York University. He retired from Oakland Community College in 1978. He had also taught in Colorado, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia.

Mr. Gram was a world traveler who enjoyed bridge, golf, reading, hunting, fishing and gardening. Surviving are his wife of 23 years, Christine Groefsema Gram; a stepdaughter, Jeanne; two sons, Peter and Steven; five step-sons, Robert, John, James, David and Gregory Harris; and three granddaughters. Visitation is from noon to 9 p.m. today in McCabe Funeral Home, 31950 W.

12 Mile, Famrington Hills. Funeral services are set for 10 a.m. Monday in the funeral home followed by cremation. Memorial tributes may be sent to Lawrence University Henry H. Gram Fund, Appleton, 54912-0599.

Mr. Sauve in Germany. Mr. Sauve began his career in automotive engineering at American Motors Corp. in Kenosha, Wis.

He later became manager of interior trim engineering for Chrysler Jeep-Truck Engineering Division in Detroit. He retired from Chrysler in 1992 but served as a consultant. He was a family man known for his kindness and great sense of humor. He fulfilled a lifelong dream earlier this year and climbed the Great Wall in China. "Uncle Don lived life to the fullest and was one of the most active and caring people I've ever known," said his niece, Lynn M.

Waldsmith. Mr. Sauve was an avid handball player and had suffered his heart attack four days earlier after playing handball in Livonia. Also surviving are his wife of 40 years, Joan Foley Sauve; four sons, Gregg, Marc, Christopher and Brian; two grandchildren; three sisters; and a brother. Viewing is from 3-9 p.m.

Young graduated from Roseville High School and then served as an aviator in the Navy during World War II where he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal. Mr. Young joined the Roseville Police Department in 1949. He spent most of his career in the Detective Bureau, advancing to lieutenant in charge of the Intelligence Bureau. He retired in 1980.

He was a member of the Roseville Goodfellows, the Metropolitan Club and the Neil Reid VFW Post 2358 in Roseville. Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Anna Barnette Young; three daughters, Marsha A. Young, Anna E. Pavelski and Karen J. Zimmerman; two sons, Arthur M.

and Daniel eight grandchildren; a sister, and two brothers. Visitation is from 2-9 p.m. Monday in Kaul Funeral Home, 27830 Gratiot Roseville. Funeral services will be at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with burial in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
